These terms cover your use of aifoundscore.com and any service you get from AI Found Score ("we," "us"). AI Found Score is operated by Fields Holding, doing business as GetAiFound Score, 120 Terminal Drive, Plainview, NY 11803. By using the site or buying a service, you agree to them.
We check what AI assistants, and the websites they rely on, say about a local business, and report what we find. Some checks are free. Paid services are described, with their price and what's included, on the page where you buy them. That description is part of your purchase.
Unless the page where you buy says otherwise, a paid service is a one-time payment in US dollars and doesn't renew. Each report lists which AI assistants we asked and when; that list can change over time.
We don't control AI assistants, search engines, or listing sites. We can't promise what AI will say, including whether it will name your business, or that you'll get calls, bookings, or revenue. A report reflects what we found on the day of the check; those sites change on their own. Any money-back promise we make is stated on the plan you buy and handled under our Refund Policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. The price is shown before you pay.

Each report has a private link. Anyone with the link can view it, so share it only with people you choose. Reports are for your own business; don't resell them.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect a purchase you already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
