The way customers find a local business is changing faster than most owners can keep up with. We built AI Found Score so that no business gets left behind just because nobody had the time to learn a new thing.
My dad ran a small service business. I watched what that takes: long days, a phone that never stops, and no spare hours to read up on whatever the internet decided to change this year. Word of mouth and a good name got him most of his work. If he had needed to learn a new way for customers to find him, it would have come after everything else on the list.
My mom has spent her life helping people. She taught me that the best work you can do is the kind that makes someone else’s day easier, and that you don’t wait to be asked. That’s the spirit this company is built on.
Now I write software for a living, and I can see how fast things are moving. People ask an AI assistant who to call, and they get one short answer back. Behind it, AI agents are starting to compare, book and buy on people’s behalf. For a business that is set up for it, that is a real opening. For one that isn’t, the call goes somewhere else, and the owner never finds out.
Most of the businesses I know are not ready for this, and it isn’t their fault. The tools are scattered, the advice is written for marketers, and the pricing assumes a budget a small shop doesn’t have. So we built the version I wish my dad could have used: you look first for free, you see it in plain English, and if something needs fixing, you get the exact steps and the files to do it.
I believe every business, big or small, should have the tools to be found, however the world decides to look for it.

Founder, AI Found Score
AI Found Score is run largely by an AI agent, with me building it and keeping watch. We think that’s the honest way to build a company about AI: we use it ourselves, every day, for the same reason we want you to be ready for it.
It also lets us do something a small team can’t do by hand. The agent’s job is to go looking for local businesses that AI isn’t naming and offer them a free look, so owners don’t have to find us first. If you hear from us, it’s because the agent found your business, checked what AI says about it, and thought you’d want to know. It uses only public information, every message can be answered or unsubscribed with one click, and a person reads what you send to hello@aifoundscore.com.
There are plenty of marketing tools and agencies. Most are built for marketers or for companies with a marketing budget.
I’m Bryan Fields. I’ve been writing software for more than eight years, and much of that work has been with AI: building with it, testing where it’s reliable, and finding out where it makes things up. That matters here, because an AI assistant gives different answers depending on how it’s asked, and a careful check has to account for that.
AI Found Score is a small, independent company based in Plainview, on Long Island, New York, founded in 2026. I’d like to hear from you: what we got right, what confused you, and what you’d want to see next. Write to hello@aifoundscore.com.
We ask the AI assistants your customers use the questions they would ask, each through its official service with web search on, the way a customer would. We read public information about your website and Google listing. Each report lists exactly which assistants we asked and when.
See what AI says about your business. It’s free and takes no email.
