Refund Policy

Our free checks cost nothing. If you pay for something and it doesn't deliver, we want to make it right. AI Found Score is operated by Fields Holding, doing business as GetAiFound Score.

What each plan promises

• AI Visibility Audit ($49). If we find fewer than 3 problems specific to your business, you get your $49 back. Ask within 30 days of paying.
• Competitor Breakdown ($25). If it doesn't show up in your report, or isn't what we described, you get your $25 back. Ask within 30 days of paying.
• Be the Answer ($499 for a year). If it isn't useful to you in the first 60 days, you get a full refund of what you paid for the plan. Ask within 60 days of paying. You don't have to give a reason.

For any plan, if we don't deliver what the plan described, you get a full refund.

Every plan is a one-time payment. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

We can't control what AI says, so what an AI assistant says after you make changes is not, on its own, grounds for a refund. The 60-day promise on Be the Answer is the exception: there, "not useful to me" is enough.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or email hello@aifoundscore.com with your business name and the email you used at checkout. We reply within one business day.

A person issues each refund, usually within 5 business days of your email. The money goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If something looks wrong on a charge, email us before disputing it with your bank. It's faster for you, and we'll make it right.
