Reports use public information about your business: what AI assistants say about it and the websites they cite. Report pages are not indexed by search engines and are reachable only by their link.
When you ask for a report, we keep what you type: business name, trade, town, ZIP, and your website, phone and email if you give them. We use it only to run your report and send you its link. To run it, we send the questions (your trade, town and ZIP, never your name or contact details) to the AI assistants we check. We then send their answers, with your business's public name, address, phone and website, to an AI model that finds which businesses each answer names. Your email is never sent to either.
After you see your questions, you can ask us to run one of them right away. We send that question to one AI assistant and show you its answer on the page. To limit how many live answers each connection can ask for in a day, we store a scrambled code made from your connection's address (not the address itself) with the date, the request and the cost of the answer.
If we emailed you, your address came from a public business listing. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe here anytime and we stop.
If we mailed you a postcard, the address came from your public business listing. Enter the code on the card at aifoundscore.com/stop and we stop all mail and email to your business.
When you open your report, we record the visit (time, browser type, and the page that linked you). If you ask us to email you the report, we keep that address to send it.
Stripe runs checkout. We receive your name and email from it, what you bought and the amount, never your card number. We use your email for your receipt, for "your audit is ready", for the free 30-day re-scan and, on Be the Answer, for the monthly email.
For your Fix Kit and Be the Answer we keep the business details you confirm: name, phone, address, hours, services and the towns you add. We use them to build your files, your fixes and your monthly re-scans.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the companies that run parts of the service for us, and only what each one needs:
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits and button clicks. The page address goes with each visit, and for a report, Fix Kit or plan page that address contains the private link. We use it only to count visits; it isn't used to identify you. Payment pages are run by Stripe. We never see your card number.
We use your approximate location from your connection (city level, provided by our hosting network) only to show local examples on the page; it isn't stored.
We keep your report and the details behind it while your report link is in use, so it keeps working and your re-scans can compare against it. Email us and we'll delete your report, your details and your email address within 30 days. We keep payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
